Cinnamon Crunch Sourdough Bagels

With a cinnamon crunch topping, and a soft (yet chewy) interior, these cinnamon crunch sourdough bagels give Panera Bread a run for their money!

Start by mixing your bagel dough ingredients together.

After a bulk fermentation, separate the bagel dough into balls

Shape into bagel shape.  Then, boil in a baking soda bath to seal bagel dough and start cooking process.

Top with cinnamon sugar mixture to create the classic, sweet 'crunch'.  Cook in oven until golden brown and topping has melted over bagels.
