Sourdough Pretzel Bagels

This sourdough pretzel bagel will give Trader Joes a run for their money!  With a soft and pillowy bite and a delicious pretzel flavor - these do not disappoint.

Mix your bagel dough together with a stand mixer or knead by hand.

Bulk ferment bagel dough before rolling into balls.

Using your pointer fingers, create a hole in the middle of the dough.

Boil bagels in a baking soda bath - sealing in the dough and creating the classic 'pretzel' flavor.

Top with sea salt and cook in oven until puffy.  The crust will darken in color.
